App Extension Final Project

This is a project I made for my App Extension and Scripting class. We were asked to make a simple shooter game. We needed an inventory, some friendly and enemy bots, a saving system, settings, and sound effects to name a few requirements.

The goal of the game is to shoot down some enemy cubes with the help of a buddy cube. You need to collect items around the map and use them to help defeat these enemies. To collect items, walk over them. You can access them by pressing I to view your inventory. When you have your inventory pulled up, press the item that you want to use. Another option is to press 1, 2, 3, and 4 to use your chosen item.

To shoot press right-click. Enemies will roam randomly until you come within their sight. If you do, they will chase you down. If their health gets low, they will flee and you will need to chase them down to kill them.

To save your current state in the game, press F1. To load press F2. When you save your game and exit, to reload your previous state, simply press Resume.

To pull up your settings, press Q.  Feel free to adjust the game to your preferences. To exit the game, press ESC.
